Welcome Packet:

I provide a wide range of speech & language therapy, consultation, and evaluation services. Currently, I do not accept insurance and I am considered an out-of-network provider. If you would like more information how to find out whether or not your insurance company will reimburse you for an out-of-network provider please click here. Just because I do not accept insurance does not mean you cannot use your coverage. I will provide a coded bill/invoice for those clients wishing to self-file for reimbursement with their insurance company. Please call your insurance company to determine coverage. My rates are competitive, while at the same time providing the highest quality speech and language services to my clients.
